Payment for one-off orders will be processed upon checkout and your order will be swiftly shipped, so your furry friend can enjoy delicious dog dining like never before—ASAP!

Subscribe & Save / Meal Plan Subscriptions

For Subscribe & Save orders, payment is processed on the date shown in your account, based on your delivery schedule - typically every four weeks, unless you have updated your preferred order frequency. You'll receive an email notification a few days in advance, giving you time to adjust your meal plan through your account before your order is processed.
