How do I update my dog's profile?Updated 5 days ago

If your dog's age, weight, or health needs have changed, you can update their profile and we'll recalculate their meal plan accordingly:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click 'View details' on your subscription
3. Click 'Update Profile' on your box
4. Select the correct subscription to update
5. Work through the questions - age, weight, activity level, and any health needs
6. Click 'Calculate new plan' when you're done

Your updated plan will show you a side-by-side comparison of your old and new box, so you can see exactly what's changed before confirming.

Please note that sometimes there won't be any changes to your plan based on your updated answers - if you have any questions about your plan, feel free to get in touch!
