How do I update my dog's information?Updated 3 months ago
Has your dog celebrated a few more birthdays? Enjoying extra treats these days? Or perhaps they've been to the vet for *that* operation? No worries at all - updating your dog's profile is quick and easy!
1. Log in to your account HERE
2. Scroll down to view your current subscription.
3. Click on 'Update profile' on the top right hand side of your subscription dashboard and update your pup's information.
4. Click 'calculate new plan'.
5. You will then receive an updated feeding guide, and the number of meals will update to reflect this.
6. Hit 'Update new plan' at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
Please note that sometimes there won't be any updates to your plan based on your updated quiz answers.
