Can I skip my next delivery?Updated a month ago

Got a full bowl and need to skip your next delivery? No problems!

You can easily skip an order or adjust your delivery date anytime.

First, log into your account, then simply follow these steps:

1. Selecting the bottom left button labelled "Skip"

2. Select how many weeks you would like your next delivery to be postponed by.

If you'd like to adjust your next order processing date, select the "Next order date" button

A pop-up calendar will then appear. Choose the date you want your next order to be processed on and click "Confirm"

Your new order processing date will then appear in the top left of your subscription section within your account.
