Can I skip my next delivery?

Got a full bowl and need to skip your next delivery? No problems!

You can easily skip an order or adjust your delivery date anytime—fuss-free flexibility at your fingertips

First, log into your account, then simply follow these steps:

1. Selecting the bottom left button labelled "Skip"

2. Select how many days you would like your next delivery to be postponed by

NOTE this will be applied right away – you won't receive an "Are you sure?" message. You cannot undo this function.

If you'd like to adjust your next delivery date, select the "Next order date" button

A pop-up calendar will then appear. Choose the date you want to receive your next delivery and click "Confirm"

Your new delivery date will then appear in the top left of your subscription section within your account.
