Got a full bowl and need to skip your next delivery? No problems!
You can easily skip an order or adjust your delivery date anytime—fuss-free flexibility at your fingertips
First, log into your account, then simply follow these steps:
Skip
1. Selecting the bottom left button labelled "Skip"
2. Select how many days you would like your next delivery to be postponed by
NOTE this will be applied right away – you won't receive an "Are you sure?" message. You cannot undo this function.
Adjust Next Order Date
If you'd like to adjust your next order processing date, select the "Next order date" button
A pop-up calendar will then appear. Choose the date you want your next order to be processed on and click "Confirm"
Your new order date will then appear in the top left of your subscription section within your account.
