We'd be really sad to see you go - if there's anything we can do to help, please do reach out before cancelling and we'll do our best to find a solution!

If you do wish to proceed:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click 'View details' on your subscription
3. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select 'Cancel'
4. Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation

Just a reminder that any loyalty credit in your balance may be lost on cancellation, so it's worth redeeming before you go!

NOTE: Once your subscription is successfully cancelled, no future orders will be shipped; although orders that have already been processed will be shipped as planned.
