Can I cancel my order once it has been processed?Updated 3 months ago

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed, but you are welcome to return any unwanted products to us. 

To request a return, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] and you will receive return instructions, as well as our return address. 

When returning your box, please make sure to include your full name and your reference number inside the package to help us process your return promptly.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted products, and these must be in their original condition. 

Please note that returning an order by way of rejection incurs a £15 fee.
