Can I add or edit products within my subscription?Updated 3 months ago

Need a treats top up? No problem! You can easily add, remove or swap products in your account.

Please note that adding an extra product or increasing your quantity will apply to our next scheduled order.

If you'd like to receive it sooner, simply click 'Get Now' to process your order immediately, or use 'Next order date' to choose a time that works best for you.

After you've logged into your account, follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Edit Box Products' button in your subscription dashboard.

2. Select the products that you would like to add or remove from your next order by clicking the '+' or '-' buttons.

3. Click Preview box, and then Save edits.

Updating quantity

You can amend the quantity of products in your next susbscription order by using the plus ('+') or minus ('-') signs. 

Remember to hit "Save changes" to apply the update.
