We're super excited for you and your pup to receive your Marleybones goodies!
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing details to track your order.
Tracking information will be sent to you once your parcel is ready to be sent to you from our warehouse.
If you checked out with standard delivery, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive. If express delivery was chosen (included within all recurring subscription orders over £50), your order should arrive 1-2 working days after it was processed.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame and you have received no updates, please get in touch at [email protected] and we will track your order down for you.
If you have a Meal Plan subscription, or have placed an order using subscribe and save, you can always check and amend when your next order is processed in your account.
If you're a new customer and have a subscription, please note that your your account will show the upcoming shipping date for your next order, not the first one. Your first order is already on its way to you, and you will receive email updates in due course!
If you're an existing customer, the date selected on our website represents the order processing date, not the delivery date. You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date it was processed.
