Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If you checked out with standard delivery, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive. If express delivery was chosen (included within all recurring subscription orders over £50), your order should arrive 1-2 working days after it was processed.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame and you have received no updates, please get in touch at [email protected] and we will track your order down for you.
If you're a new customer and have a subscription, please note that your your account will show the upcoming shipping date for your next order, not the first one. Your first order is already on its way to you, and you will receive email updates in due course.
If you're an existing customer, the date selected on our website represents the order processing date, not the delivery date. You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date it was processed.
