How can I apply a discount code to my account?Updated a month ago

Got a discount code?💰 Follow the steps below to apply it to your order!

Existing subscribers:

1. Login to your account here

2. Scroll down to view your subscription

3. Click the 'Apply discount' button and input your discount code

4. Hit 'Apply' and your new total will be shown at the top of your subscription card.

First-time subscription orders:

After completing our nutritional quiz, you’ll be redirected to a page showing your dog’s nutritional needs. Here, you can enter your discount code - don’t forget to click ‘Apply’! 

Then click ‘See [your dog’s] custom plan’ to view our recommended plan and place your order.

For one-off orders:

Once you have added your products to cart, head to checkout, and you will see the option to add a discount code in the 'order summary' section. 

Please note - only one discount code can be applied per order
